Stacy Gittleman | CEO
Stacy Gittleman, CEO and Founder of Encoretech, combines incisive business leadership with stellar training skills, and is one of the best known technology trainers in the country. Gittleman’s vast experience in the legal, corporate and investment banking fields dates back to 1985, and includes technical training and consulting for more than 200 law firms and investment banks. Stacy has built a team of top technology trainers and inspired them with a vision of delivering an unsurpassed end user technology training experience.
Jeffrey Roach | President
Jeffrey Roach, President of Encoretech, has been working with law firms for the last 20 years designing and delivering learning strategies. A leading name in the legal technology training field, he is a dynamic speaker and is frequently called on for his high level, visionary presentations. He is valued by leading law firms and training departments for his sound technology advice and for helping them maximize the value of their training and support dollars. At Encoretech, he works with the executive team to form the long-term strategic direction of the company.
Thomas Devine | COO
Thomas Devine, Chief Operating Officer at Encoretech, oversees sales, marketing and operations. Tom’s experience in the Legal training industry dates back to his time spent at Perfect Access working in sales and training with both Stacy and Jeffrey. Prior to his current role as COO at Encoretech, Tom brings extensive corporate experience from multiple leadership roles in management, marketing and operations.
Jeremiah Washburn | Director Professional Services
Jeremiah Washburn, Director of Professional Services, leads up NetDocuments DM and EM training solutions. He brings more than 15 years experience in leadership, project management and implementations. Jeremiah comes to Encoretech from NetDocuments where he spent the last 5 years managing teams, processes and matching business requirements with NetDocuments solutions for law firms. During his tenure at NetDocuments, he completed over 100 implementations and lead client training and the partner certification. He has a passion for training and providing clients with top-notch solutions.
Jessica Kubala | Account Executive
Jessica Kubala, Account Executive, has a passion for building long-lasting client relationships and delivering exactly what she promises. Her energy and outgoing personality are a perfect fit for the Encoretech team. Prior to her position at Encoretech, Jessica brings experience in business to business sales, marketing and sales training. Jessica earned a BA with a concentration on Marketing and Management from Montclair State University. She was a competitive cheerleader and still coaches in her spare time!
